We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for great support. At Seraphim we provide fanatical support for free! We also believe that it should be easy to get support or help. When you call us, we answer, and when you need help we will be there to guide you. Along with great phone and in person support, we provide free online video tutorials, online chat, and email support.

Our Support Team

Mike Weisman

Customer Support Manager
Mike graduated from West Chester University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and has a background in Client Services and Support Management. He is passionate about music and serves on his church’s worship team. He also served with Campus Crusade, led small groups, and wrote church blogs. When he’s not working, you can probably find him in the kitchen. He has a little experience cooking food, but plenty of experience eating it .

Josiah Kilian

Implementation Engineer
Josiah is a graduate of Bob Jones University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Growing up in a pastor’s home he has been involved in every type of ministry from VBS to sound booth. He is passionate about helping the church use technology to fulfill its mission.

Luke Stitzinger

Customer Relationship Manager
Luke has a background in Customer Service and computer hardware. He is currently pursuing a future in Austrian economics and computer science. He is passionate about better serving the church through the intersection of technology and economics.

Allen Dzedzy

Migration Specialist
Allen has a background in customer service and technical support. Allen is currently pursuing a degree in Networking Engineering. Allen is passionate about snowboarding and technology. He currently serves in his church by playing guitar in the worship band.

Taylor Thompson

Customer Relationship Manager
Taylor is a graduate of Lynchburg College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with minors in Psychology and Sociology. He has been fortunate enough to serve with a handful of worship teams over the past 10 years, and currently serves on his church’s worship and security teams.

Katelyn Tupitza

Customer Relationship Manager
Katelyn graduated with a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Studies from Eastern University. She enjoys photography and being outdoors. She also has a passion for helping others on mission trips.

Ben Gingery

Customer Relationship Manager
Ben is a recent graduate of Bob Jones University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a Minor in Music. He has years of university-level and professional music experience and has been involved with church music ministries from a young age. Ben is excited to be serving alongside churches and partnering with them to maximize their ministry efforts.
